Core instability

In Review

A strong core is not a visible one. The muscles that matter here are the deep ones you cannot see — the ones that are supposed to switch on BEFORE you move an arm or a leg, so that your spine has something to move against. When that timing goes, your back ends up doing the stabilising and the moving at once, which is exactly how it ends up sore.
