Disc bulge or herniation
In Review
A disc doesn't slip, and finding one on a scan doesn't mean it's the reason you hurt. What the disc responds to is a pattern: bending forward under load, again and again, without a core that braces first. The pain is real and the fear that follows it is understandable — but movement fear is part of the problem, not part of the protection. Rebuild the brace, and the spine gets to move again on terms the disc can handle.
