Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder is one of the few presentations where the joint capsule itself — not the muscles around it — is the restriction. It hurts, so the arm stops moving; it stops moving, so the capsule tightens further. It is genuinely stubborn and it does not respond well to being forced. The work is calm and consistent, and it's about restoring capsular motion rather than chasing the pain.
