Low back pain
In Review
Your back isn't broken — it's doing someone else's job. When the hips stop hinging and the deep core stops bracing, the lumbar spine ends up taking the motion and the load that the hips were built for, over and over, until it protests. That's why low back pain keeps coming back after rest: rest calms the tissue, but it doesn't restore the movement that overloaded it. Restore the hinge and the brace, and the back gets to go back to being a spine instead of a hinge.
