Movement variability
In Review
Having more than one way to do a task, and actually using them. A body with options spreads a job across different tissue on different repetitions; a body with one way to do everything sends every single repetition into the same place. Good looks like: the same task performed slightly differently each time — different positions, different tempos, different loads — rather than an identical pattern a thousand times over. This is the quiet driver behind injuries nobody can point to a moment for: nothing was overloaded once, it was loaded the same way relentlessly, with nothing in between.
