Scar Tissue Restriction

In Review

After surgery or an injury the body lays down repair tissue fast — it prioritises strength over glide. Layers that used to slide freely over each other get stuck together, so movement near the scar feels tethered and the area starts working differently than it used to. The scar itself usually isn't the problem; the loss of glide around it is.
