Arteria thoracoacromialis

The thoracoacromial artery is a short, stubby branch of the axillary artery that pierces the fascia above pectoralis minor and immediately splits into four branches — like a hand with fingers spread — supplying the pectoral muscles, the deltoid, the acromion and the clavicle. It is a principal blood supply to the front of the shoulder girdle.
