Arthritis
In Review
Arthritic joints are stiff and sore, and the instinct is to move them less. That instinct is the trap. Joints are fed by movement — cartilage has no blood supply of its own and depends on load and motion to exchange nutrients. Less movement means a less healthy joint, which means more pain. The way out is the right amount of the right movement, not rest.
