Hip extension
In Review
Driving the thigh backward relative to the pelvis — the action that propels you forward in walking, running and climbing stairs. Gluteus maximus and the hamstrings do the work, with adductor magnus assisting. Good looks like: the thigh moving behind the body while the pelvis and lower back stay still, with the glute doing the driving rather than the back arching to fake the range.
