Chin tuck
In Review
A small nod at the very top of the neck that draws the chin gently back and lengthens the base of the skull — as if making a double chin, without tipping the whole head down. It targets the deep flexors specifically and is the entry point to retraining neck control. Good looks like: a subtle movement of the head on the neck only, the jaw and throat staying soft, and no forceful jamming backward.
