Muscle strain
In Review
A strain is a load-tolerance problem, not bad luck. Tissue got asked to absorb more than it could absorb that day — usually without a proper warm-up or enough recovery behind it — and the specific gap is almost always eccentric control: the ability to lengthen under load without losing control of it. Rebuilding that capacity is what stops the same muscle going again.
