Wrist and hand pain

Hands do the finest work in the body, and they do it at the end of a very long arm. When the elbow and shoulder stop supporting that work, the wrist and hand absorb every repetition themselves — and grip weakens, numbness and tingling arrive, and the ergonomics you keep adjusting never quite fix it. The support has to come from further up.
