Running and gait issues

In Review

Running is not a two-legged sport — it is a single-leg sport you do repeatedly, at speed. Every stride asks one leg to catch your whole bodyweight and give it back, and if that leg cannot hold you steady, the miles will find the gap and keep finding it. That is why running injuries come back: the tissue heals, the stride does not change.
