Supraspinatus TrP2

The supraspinatus' lateral point, out near where its belly becomes tendon under the bony roof of the shoulder. It carries the same family of referral as TrP1 — deep mid-deltoid ache, down the outer arm, out to the lateral epicondyle — with the elbow end tending to be the louder half. It earns a separate record because it is in a different place: TrP1 is found medially in the trough, this one further out toward the point of the shoulder, and a therapist who works only the medial fossa can leave the muscle half-treated.
