FADIR test
In Review
A hip test named for the movement it uses: Flexion, ADduction, Internal Rotation. Combining those three brings the front of the femoral neck against the rim of the hip socket, compressing the anterior joint and labrum. Reproducing the patient's groin pain suggests the symptoms are coming from inside the hip joint rather than the surrounding muscles.
