Nerve Entrapment

Nerves need two things: room, and the ability to slide. When the tissue around a nerve tightens, or a joint habitually sits in a position that closes down its space, the nerve gets compressed and irritated — and it complains in its own language: numbness, tingling and weakness rather than ordinary ache. Give the nerve back its space and its glide and the symptoms usually follow.
